Rance has a lifetime of expertise and passion to every project. Originally from Mississippi, Rance’s career in landscaping spans from transforming small residential yards to working on large-scale projects like those for the Texas Rangers. His deep knowledge and hands-on approach ensure that every project, whether indoors or outdoors, meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

When he’s not leading the RW Construction team, Rance enjoys spending time with his two sons and hitting the golf course. His dedication to both his work and his family is the foundation of RW Construction’s success.

Andrew brings over a decade of hands-on experience and passion to RW Construction. Starting his career in framing 10 years ago, he honed his skills in landscaping before mastering full remodels and custom home builds. As co-owner, Andrew is deeply committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service to every client.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife of six years and their two children. When he’s not on the job site, you’ll find him on the golf course, shooting sporting clays, or playing basketball. Andrew’s dedication to both his craft and his family embodies the core values of RW Construction.

Crystal brings creativity and expertise to RW Construction as the design and real estate specialist. Originally from Indiana, she sharpened her skills as a Senior Project Manager for Fossil’s jewelry division before joining the team. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the market, she helps clients turn dream spaces into reality.

When she’s not working, Crystal enjoys time with her daughter, being festive, and dining out with friends. Her passion for design and life shines through in everything she does.
