Originally from Mississippi, Rance’s career in landscaping spans from transforming small residential yards to working on large-scale projects like those for the Texas Rangers. His deep knowledge and hands-on approach ensure that every project, whether indoors or outdoors, meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Andrew brings over a decade of hands-on experience and passion to RW Construction. Starting his career in framing 10 years ago, he honed his skills in landscaping before mastering full remodels and custom home builds. As co-owner, Andrew is deeply committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service to every client.

Crystal serves as the design and real estate expert at RW Construction, bringing a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to the team. Originally from Indiana, she honed her skills as a Senior Project Manager for Fossil’s jewelry division before transitioning to her current role. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the real estate market, Crystal helps clients turn their dream spaces into reality while ensuring their property investments align with their goals.
